Project Description: Replace the Alumni Relations & Development (ARD) philanthropy system (PHIL) with a solution that adds staff tracking and staff training management to the ARD Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system: Phoenix. This will enable ARD to manage their operations through talent management, staff development, and compliance with required training to perform fundraising operations in the CRM.
Project Purpose/Business Need: Existing application is outdated and overextended. A new solution coupled with the new Salesforce initiative needs to be developed to meet future state needs of ARD.
Project Scope: Build a solution that becomes one with the CRM. Staff tracking and training management operations will be completed within the CRM with the same shared data, support, maintenance, sustainability, and room to grow. This solution will be compatible with and utilize existing University resources and will be digitally accessible for diverse types audiences.
