Project Purpose/Business Need: To enable superior advancement capabilities for ARD through the use of technology, governance, and operating model components and tools
Project Scope: Functionally: Data Governance, Systems Integration, MDM, Analytics architecture; organizationally, design considers the future needs of the organization with an immediate fulfillment of ARD requirements
IT Partners Impacted by Project: The NGFT program requires ~full-time support by the ITS team that supported Griffin, led by Will Eschleman and ~20% of Abdul for various architecture components, and some (<10%) from other ITS departments
