Project Description: Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) in Azure is being implemented as an authentication solution for Office 365 at the University
Project Purpose/Business Need: Office 365 is currently dependent on-campus infrastructure for authentication. Office 365 relies on AD, ADFS, LDAP and SHIB. This project will deploy the ADFS component to Azure Thus allowing email to be accessible from off-campus in the event campus communication to Office 365 is severed.
Project Scope:
IT Partners Impacted by Project: Office365 login for all areas that log in remotely. No technical support areas impacted outside of ITS
